Foundry Casting manufactures custom die cast lighting bases from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to support lighting components while providing mounting, enclosure, and heat-dissipation features. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Tooling, parting line, draft, gate, vent, ejector, overflow, and shrinkage details are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to mounting pattern, heat-dissipation fins, cable passages, enclosure geometry, visible surfaces, and coating requirements. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include trimming, deburring, drilling, tapping, cnc machining, powder coating, painting, and assembly preparation as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
