Established in 2003, FOUNDRYE Casting is a custom metal component manufacturer based in Wangdu County, Baoding, Hebei, China. With an annual production capacity of 25,000 metric tons, we manufacture components from customer drawings and physical samples for industrial and mechanical applications. Each enquiry is reviewed as a separate project, with the part design, manufacturing route and delivery requirements clarified before quotation and production.
FOUNDRYE Casting manufactures more than 300 types of custom metal components, including aluminum castings, iron castings, steel and stainless steel castings, copper and zinc alloy castings, investment castings, forged parts, CNC-machined parts and stamped metal components. The product range includes housings, covers, brackets, bases, pump and valve components, automotive parts, construction machinery parts and other components made to customer drawings or samples. The appropriate manufacturing process and any required secondary operations are confirmed according to the approved drawing and project requirements.
We support development from drawings or physical samples. Before quotation, we review part geometry, structural features, material requirements, dimensions, tolerances, order quantity, machining scope, heat treatment, surface finish, inspection, packaging and delivery. These details are not treated as fixed specifications across all products. They are confirmed for each order so that production follows a clear, approved technical basis.
Inspection items, methods and acceptance criteria are agreed before production according to the drawing and intended application. Machined faces, sealing surfaces, bores and other critical areas are protected during handling and packaging as required by the part. For standard custom orders, the typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after the technical and commercial details have been confirmed. Actual timing is reviewed according to tooling, process complexity, machining and finishing requirements.
