Foundry Casting manufactures custom permanent mold cast parts from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to form repeatable cast components with defined functional and mounting features. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Mold design, draft, gating, venting, pouring, and solidification details are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to mold filling, wall thickness, draft, machined interfaces, mounting datums, and surface condition. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include trimming, deburring, heat treatment, cnc machining, leak testing, polishing, and coating as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
