Foundry Casting manufactures custom brass CNC machined parts from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to provide accurately machined brass fittings, sleeves, housings, and functional components. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Workholding, datum sequence, tool access, machining strategy, edge treatment, and in-process control are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to threads, bores, grooves, sealing faces, wall thickness, concentricity, edge condition, and surface finish. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include sawing, cnc turning, milling, drilling, tapping, deburring, polishing, plating, and cleaning as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
