Foundry Casting manufactures custom steel investment cast furniture hardware from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to form durable handles, hinges, connectors, and mounting hardware. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Wax pattern, ceramic shell, gating, pouring, and solidification details are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to mounting-hole position, hinge movement, handle profile, edge condition, visible surfaces, and assembly fit. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include gate removal, heat treatment, machining, polishing, plating, painting, and coating as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
