Foundry Casting manufactures custom aluminum front fenders from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Fender profile, radius, coverage, mounting hole locations, bracket positions, visible finish, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The manufacturing route, aluminum grade, thickness, dimensions, tolerances, bracket design, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Trimming, drilling, bracket integration, and finishing are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect the fender from scratching and deformation during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
