Foundry Casting manufactures custom cast aluminum pump housings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Housing geometry, port and mounting locations, sealing interfaces, wall sections, machining allowances, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, casting route, dimensions, tolerances, machining scope, surface finish, and any pressure or leak test requirements are confirmed for each order. Deburring, drilling, boring, milling, turning, tapping, and surface treatment are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined and sealing surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
