Foundry Casting manufactures custom die-cast aluminum housings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Housing geometry, wall sections, ribs, mounting features, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, tooling requirements, dimensions, tolerances, machining scope, heat treatment, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Machined faces, bores, holes, and threads are produced only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined features and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
